We bought our bungalow off-plan from FPD and have been extremely happy with the service we have had.  We were able to make changes to the original plan to suit ourselves, the building was finished exactly on time (not many builders anywhere achieve that!), and it was finished to a very good standard. There was of course a snag list - you would expect that - but what was important was that there was nothing serious on it and that everything that was on it was put right quickly and with no fuss.  We found FPD very friendly and helpful at all times and always keen to do their best for us. We have already recommended FPD to several of our friends who are thinking of buying in Turkey and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Buying a holiday home from Fethiye Property Development Company was so easy; from looking at different styles and sizes of villas and apartments, choosing the one that fitted our budget through to the final stages of getting the deeds.

We wanted a small apartment in a particular spot and the plans were for three triplex apartments, each with three bedrooms. The architects came up with a flexible design that meant we could have our choice of one, two or three bedrooms. This was the great advantage of buying off-plan.

The helpfulness of the property services in facilitating our way through the bureaucracy meant minimal time spent queuing for essentials such as translations, opening bank accounts and organising the deeds, all backed up by the good legal advice and excellent knowledge of the staff.

We had regular photos right from the bare plot, then the foundations, the pool, walls and the final stages. We had photos specifically showing features that exemplified the high build standard the company insist on and added features for all year round living such as underfloor heating.

When it came to furnishing the house, the excellent service continued! We were taken to shops for kitchen goods and general furnishing and thought we would be in a hotel for a while before delivery. We were so surprised when we were offered same day delivery for all our white goods and beds that meant we could take up residence much quicker than we anticipated!

Minor problems were dealt with in the same way. An initial electrical problem was sorted very quickly with workmen round at 10 pm to fix it!

Nothing is too much trouble for either company staff or their workforce!

We now have a beautiful two-bedroom property, which will be our second home in Turkey for family, our friends and us. A big thank you to all the staff at Fethiye Property Development which has enabled a dream to come true.

We travelled from Izmir to Antalya earlyin 2005 in search of a holiday villa abroad.

The build quality varied from town to town, for instance in Altinkum/Bodrum we found flat roofs and in Alanya, Spanish type german influenced villas.

When we were shown a villa by the Fethiye Property Development team we knew that we had found the right area to have the villa of our dreams. The standard of build and quality was high and the management team could not do enough for you. This was the biggest reason that we purchased our four bedroom villa in Calis near Fethiye.

As we bought off-plan, the changes that we required were accommodated and was never a problem. We designed our own garden, BBQ, kitchen, bedroom and were given many more options and we were taken to various shops hunting for various goods and fittings that matched the criteria that we had in mind.

The legal team that this establishment uses helped us all the way in anything from the beginning to the transfer of the deeds and nothing was to much trouble for them.

Almost two years on we still keep in contact with FPD - it has been a pleasure knowing and doing business with the people managing this establishment.

So we decided to find our first place in the sun.

After ruling out buying a property in Spain because we felt that the Spanish market had peaked and for our first investment abroad we looked to the investment potential of Turkey ..

We recalled an excellent "last minute" holiday that we had in the beautiful location of Fethiye on Turkey 's South West Coast , and remembered there were many developments of new villas/apartments being built so we decided this is where we would start our search for our dream villa. We did not need to look any further.

We organised our own itinerary for a week viewing villas in this area, securing a full week viewing properties with a number of agents. During the course of our trip we met with Zeki Kula the Director of FPD to view one of his luxury 4 bed roomed detached villas close to Calis beach. We were most impressed with all aspects of this villa and clearly this was far superior to anything we had already seen. The layout, the location and the build quality were first class, with the added benefit of our specific requirements being met, nothing was too much trouble and everything we asked for and more was accommodated. We knew immediately that we had found our dream villa.

At the end of our inspection week we were delighted to have secured our villa with FPD and some months later we returned to Calis to furnish our newly built villa and to enjoy our first holiday in our new home. Our overall experience of buying abroad was made so easy and straightforward by the reassuring assistance of FPD. Zeki Kula personally oversaw all the aspects of the building, including our specific requirements with internal and external fittings. We found the whole FPD team extremely professional, conscientious and surpassing all our expectations, as they took immense pride and attention to the detail of the overall build and quality of material used.
