Kösk Inşaat was established in 2005 primarily as a design & construction Company, with the ever increasing property market in Turkey we have expanded to incorporate Fethiye Property Developments, providing a greater choice of properties throughout the region with a choice of projects and properties from other specially selected developers.
We are located in the Mediterranean coast of Fethiye, South West Turkey and our properties are concentrated around the Fethiye, Çalış areas and more recently we have expanded into the nearby towns & villages.
All of the properties that we build are built according to EU standards and with every property we offer a 5 year building guarantee.
We design & construct all of our own developments and offer the choice of completed properties along with buying from one of our off-plan developments.  We also specialize in the design & construction of custom built villas to suit the individual needs of our customers.

In 2005 we designed, completed & sold 8 apartments in the Tasyaka area of Fethiye along with 5 triplex villas in the Çalış area.
In 2006 we designed and constructed the following:

• 2 Private Villas in Üzümlü, both completed & sold
• 3 Terrace villas in the Çalış area, all completed, 2 of the 3 villas are now sold
• Our Kingfisher project in Çalış, a select development of 4 apartments, now all completed with just 1 remaining.
• Our project of 6 apartments in the Dolgu Sahasi area of Fethiye are now all completed & sold

In 2007, we have 4 projects under construction:

• Üzümlü Bungalows, a select development of just 5 bungalows, 4 are now completed & sold and the one remaining to be sold off-plan
• Üzümlü private villa, this is a custom designed villa, currently under construction and due for completion October 2007
• Fethiye apartments – we have just 5 of our Tasyaka apartments remaining out of the 12 being constructed, these are due for completion at the end of this June.

With the continuing success of our current projects we are due to start construction in November of a select development of 9 apartments in the exclusive Karagözler area of Fethiye.
